Equipment introduction
Shell: The steam corn flaking machine shell, protective cover plate and front and rear upper and lower door panels are all made of stainless steel plates. The entire plate is laser cut. The machine and base are integrated in the design. The parts that contact the material are made of 304 stainless steel;
Hydraulic station: Energy-saving air-cooled hydraulic pump station, all speed control and opening and closing rollers can be controlled through the pump station;
Roller: Use high nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy roll, centrifugal composite casting, hardness HS75+3, dynamic balance inspection, alloy layer thickness 30-35mm tons;
Pulley: Using European standard pulley design, disassembling the roller does not require damaging the bearing;
Feeding: NMRV worm gear motor is used to drive the feeding roller to force feeding, so that the toothed roller feeds evenly, continuously, stably and reliably; the opening and closing of the blocking door is operated by hydraulic or pneumatic control; and can be adjusted at will according to the processing output The opening of the blocking door.
