What’s the principle of feed mixer with grinder ?
This machine can be divided into two parts, a crushing structure and a material structure.
1.The crushing structure: There are two ways to input the materials: automatically or manually. When the raw materials were put into the crushing room, with the beating of the hammer leaf and the scrubbing of the air, the raw materials will be crushed into mealiness or graininess. Then under the effect of the centrifugal air, the meanliness or the graininess will get in to the A impeller casing through the sieve pore.
2.The materials mixing structure: with the whirling of the thruster, the materials will be transferred into the material pipeline by the B hammer room by force. There, the materials will be lifted to the top of the room and be totally mixed up and down and spinned from left to right via the air. Therefore, the materials can be evenly mixed which is quite ideal.
How to operation feed mixer with grinder ?
1.Set the machine steady. Then get three wind bags. The thinner the cloth of the wind bag is, the better it is. The wind bad should be with the height of 1.5-2 m , the diameter should be 50cm. Fix the wind bags into the two exhaust outlets. Make the machine straight when you are installing it. The top of the mixing machine should be tied with a wind bag with the height of 50cm and the diameter of 50 cm.
2.Feed proceeding room is a place to weight out the main ingredients, the indirect materials and also the additive which are needed in this process. Then run the motor of the mixing machine, next run the motor of the crushing machine, making sure it whirls in the perspective direction.(P.S.: if not, the hammer leaf will be blocked and the motor will be busted.) Adding the materials from the indirect-materials entrance, the process of crushing materials and mixing indirect materials will work at the same time till all the main ingredients and indirect materials are finished processing and delivered to the machinery room. Keep stirring for 3-5 minutes and finish the first cycle. Pack the final products and use the same way to make the next cycle.
3.Remove the sundries, metals, sand and stones timely, protecting the machine from being broken.
4.Dig a pit nearby the mixing machine and the crushing machine. The length and the broad of the pit both are 1m, with the depth of 50cm, which means when the aspiration channels are connected, the height between the aspiration channel and the bottom of the pit is at least 3cm.
5.The operator should stand by the material-entrance of the machine, when it’s working, do not put your hands, sticks or some other irony stuffs in it. Do not open the lid of the machine.
6.When the entrance is blocked, do not use hands, sticks and some other irony stuffs to force the materials to enter in.
7.Do not add more materials to its maximum load. When the machine is working, the indirect materials should be added evenly, follow the principle which is good to the motor.
8. When changing the model with the diameter of 4mm, do not block the material-adding entrance, because if the entrance is blocked, there will be too much load, then the millstones will be damaged. So does the motor or other parts of the machine. So the ventilation is quite important.
