What raw materials are suitable for pressing oil?

Soybean, peanut, flax see, rape seed, tea see, sunflower seed, coconut,, rapeseed, sesame, walnut,olive,oil pine etc different kind of oil material.

What are the preparations before starting up?

(1) After installed, add lubricating oil , check whether the parts are tightened, and whether the operating handle and plug board are flexible.

(2) Move the large V-belt pulley, check whether the moving parts are normal.

(3) Check the tightness of the belt.

(4) Start the motor, and the rotation direction of the large V-belt pulley should be consistent with the direction of the mark (arrow).

(5)During operation, pay attention to the sound and temperature of the oil press.

What are the requirements for raw material before pressing oil?

(1) Selection: Remove the sand, stones and metal objects in the oilseed by cleaning.

(2) shelled oil seeds such as peanuts, cotton seeds and tea seeds should be shelled.

(3) Crushing and flaking before pressing oil.

(4) Roasting the oil materials before oil pressing, control the moisture and temperature.
