What’s the use of Feed Pellet Machine ?
Feed pellet press is the ideal equipment for pressing pellet feed in my country.
This machine has reasonable structure, advanced technology, high output, low power consumption, adopts belt drive, variable frequency speed feeding, and can add appropriate amount of steam, molasses, grease and other materials as needed. It is equipped with safety mechanism and magnet device, the pressing die material is good, the die hole precision is high, there are many varieties and specifications, strong adaptability, durability, and it is at the advanced level of the world in the 1980s. It can be used for large, medium and small compound feed factories, and it can also be suitable for state-owned and collective livestock farms, feed yards, etc. to press coarse and fine pellet feeds of various ingredients. It can also be used in chemical, fertilizer processing, sugar making and other industries.
What’s the working principle of feed pellet machine?
When the compound feed prepared according to the formula falls into the feeder from the feed box, it is driven by the frequency conversion speed regulation mechanism through the V-belt to feed the feed auger accurately and evenly into the stainless steel conditioner. The conditioner auger is strongly mixed, and the material is softened by appropriate dry steam. If necessary, an appropriate amount of molasses, fat and other liquids can be evenly distributed into the powder. In this way, the material mixed by the conditioner is removed by the magnet on the way from the feed barrel and enters the pelletizing chamber. The scraper distributes the material to the working area of the die and the roller. With the rotation of the die and the rotation of the roller, the material is strongly squeezed and discharged from the die hole of the die. It is cut into particles of appropriate length by the adjustable cutter, and then cooled to reduce the temperature of the particles to room temperature or 5-80C above room temperature to become a granular feed with good palatability.
