1. The operator must familiarize himself with the instruction manual.

2. After connecting the power supply, check whether the motor rotation direction is consistent with the machine requires.

3. The machine should be run empty for five minutes before use. The chain parts, rotating parts and pickers should be filled with lubricating oil and fully lubricated.

4. According to the instruction manual, wear the hemp rope and adjust the pressure of the rope tensioner. Do not overtighten or loosen.

5. In order to improve productivity, the machine can be operated by 2 people, one person is for feeding, another person is for products and convey silage. Two people replaced the work for half an hour.

6. It should be even when feeding, and it is not allowed to excessive feed in one time, especially when the bales are almost full.

7. The operator should pay attention to three points:

1) If the winding roller has forage, it should be removed;

2) If the winding roller does not enter the hemp rope, it can loosen the rope by hand, and then the clutch is pulled again.

3) The clutch lever should be quickly moved and cannot be pulled slowly, otherwise the clutch gear will be damaged.

8. Hemp rope can reciprocating rope, according to the length of the forage,through the time relay to adjust the number of ropes,under normal circumstances set in 10 seconds.
