I. Installation and adjustment of Wheat Corn Milling Machine
1. Before installation and use, you must carefully read the instruction manual and be familiar with the installation and use requirements of the equipment.
2. Before installing Flour Milling Machine, you must check whether there is any damage or missing parts during transportation and storage, and whether the connection parts are loose.
3. The Flour grinding machine should be installed on a cement floor and the ground should be level. When fixing the frame on the ground, the fixing bolts should be firm and not loose.
4. Adjust the tightness of each transmission belt appropriately.
5. Each connection part should be tightened and not loose.
6. Each lubrication part should be filled with appropriate lubricating oil.
7. After the power is turned on, check again whether the connection bolts of each component are tightened and whether the wire connection is correct.
8. Test machine
Start the motor, run it idle for a few minutes, check whether the main shaft direction and speed should be correct, and the operation should be stable and without abnormal sound. After normal operation, trial production can be carried out.
II. Operation and use of Flour Making Machine
1. Raw grain preparation
The raw grain must be cleaned and moistened with water for 12 to 14 hours. The moisture content should be controlled between 13.5 and 14.5%.
2. Check Component
Check whether the transmission of each transmission component is correct and flexible; whether the position of the operating handle, power switch, etc. is correct.
3.Adjust the flow rate, grinding roller spacing, etc.
It is required to achieve uniform flow, parallel and synchronous grinding roller spacing, and the equipment should be silent before it can work.
4. Equipment start and stop
When starting the machine. The machine should be turned on first and then the material should be unloaded. After the material is in the grinding head bin, the operation should be carried out in the order of closing the grinding gate. When stopping the machine, the material should be stopped first and then the mill should be closed.
5. Flow adjustment
The flow control raw material should be small and the bran should be large. The flow rate can be adjusted by adjusting the gap between the flow plate and the feeding roller. The flow rate can be adjusted by rotating the handwheel screw.
6. Required gap for flour production
The raw grain is 0.15-0.35 mm, and the crushed material is 0.08-0.15 mm. Generally, the flour production requirements can be achieved after four to five passes. Pay attention to the uniformity of the load at each pass. The first pass consumes a lot of power, and the flow rate should be gradually increased in each subsequent pass.
7. Emergency stop should be made in the following situations:
(1) The motor has abnormal sound or odor;
(2) The motor housing temperature exceeds 70℃.
