(1) When making poultry daily rations, it is necessary to scientifically and rationally design feed formulas based on the breeding objects in order to better improve feed returns.
(2) When installing the machine, the ground must be kept stable, the machine must be installed steadily, and attention must be paid to the direction of rotation of the machine.
(3) After installation, check all parts for loose screws. The conveyor belt must maintain a moderate tightness. Adjust the balance between the two rollers and the grinding disc. The gap between the roller and the grinding disc is 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm. After everything is checked, connect the power supply.
(4) Before the machine works, grind with the configured grinding material for about 30 minutes. The grinding material must be stirred evenly to achieve better grinding effect.
(5) After everything is ready, you can start making pellet feed. Mix the prepared feed raw materials in a certain proportion and stir them evenly, then feed them into the feed port of the pellet feed machine. Feed a small amount first, wait for the pellets to be squeezed out, and then fill the feed port with the material to produce pellet feed normally.
(6) The length of the discharge port of the machine body determines the length of the pellets. To produce the best pellets suitable for poultry, the length of the pellets can be adjusted by adjusting the cutter on the discharge port, while the aperture adjustment of the grinding disc is a way to adjust the diameter of the pellets. When necessary, replace the grinding disc to obtain the most suitable feed for poultry. The flat die pellet machine adjusts the length of the pellets at the discharge port, while the ring die pellet machine uses a manual or electric cutter outside the machine body to make the length of the pellets.
(7) During the production process of the machine, it is strictly forbidden to stir and feed the feed in the hopper by hand to avoid accidents.
(8) Metal hard objects and debris in the material must be removed to avoid damage to the machine, affecting production and causing losses.
