Precautions before and after production:
1. Check whether all parts of the machine are intact, whether the fasteners are tightened well, whether the conveyor belt or chain in the transmission part is correct, whether the lubricating oil hole is filled with grease, whether the power distribution box is wired correctly, and whether the safety protection is in place... ...After confirming that everything is in place, you can power on and test drive, idling for 5 to 10 minutes.
2. After idling, if the equipment is in normal condition, it can be put into production. Use a belt conveyor or loader to add the feed to be mixed into the silo and stir it. Note that the feed should be fed evenly to avoid overloading the machine due to excessive feeding. Failure occurs while ensuring the quality of the mixed feed.
3. If the equipment is found to be operating abnormally during the production process, the power will be shut down immediately and professional maintenance personnel will perform maintenance and troubleshooting. The machine must not be operated in a sick condition, causing undue losses.
4. The mixed feed will be discharged through the hydraulic system control device by opening the discharging port. The material should not be too wet or too smooth to avoid clogging the discharge port. Master the start-up time according to the production shift and feed requirements.
5. Clean the machine after use and add lubricating grease. For equipment in open-air locations, prevent rain, snow, and moisture in a timely manner after stopping use, especially to avoid water intrusion and moisture in the electrical parts.
