1. What’s the purpose and scope of feed pellet machine ?

This machine mainly presses a variety of evenly mixed powdered feed into granular feed. Pellet feed can give full play to the effectiveness of various feed ingredients, improve the utilization rate of feed, and is widely used in small and medium-sized farms, feed processing industries and compound fertilizer granulation.

2. What’s the main structure of feed pellet machine?

(1) Machine structure

The main structure of this machine is composed of feeder, feed barrel, pelletizing chamber, frame and transmission system.

(2) Formation of the feeder mechanism

The feeder adapts to different types of materials to meet different residence time or productivity, but sufficient practical experience is required when adjusting.

The feeder adopts a variable-speed motor device, which mixes the fed materials and adds 10-20% of water to soften and fully mix, and then feed the materials uniformly into the pelletizing chamber.

3. How to maintenance and troubleshooting the feed pellet machine ?

1. Daily maintenance (after each shift)

(1) Check the electrical starting system circuit;

(2) Keep the pellet press clean, and clean up the feeder, agitator, feed barrel and pelletizing chamber;

(3) Check the gap and wear between the pressure die and the pressure roller, and replace the pressure roller in time when the wear of the pressure roller can no longer be adjusted to the required gap (two should be replaced at the same time);

(4) Abnormal cleaning phenomenon and malfunction;

(5) Check the adjustment of the cutter.
