How to maintenance and abnormal phenomenon handing of packing machine?

A. Maintenance precautions (remind again):

a. Calibrate the scale body after replacing the instrument or sensor. Generally speaking, calibration is not required unless there are special circumstances.

b. Avoid overloading to avoid damage to the sensor.

c. Regularly clean and check all parts of the scale body to eliminate the fault in the bud.

d. The first oil change of the motor reducer should be done after 2000 hours of operation, and the oil should be changed every 6000 hours thereafter.

e. When using the electric welding machine for maintenance of the scale body or its surrounding equipment, be careful not to form a current loop between the sensor and the welding wire.

f. Ensure that the equipment and control box have good electrical grounding.

g. Ensure that the platform or steel structure supporting the scale body is stable, and do not connect the scale body with the vibrating equipment.

h, to ensure that the incoming material is uniform, stable and sufficient.

i. Ensure that the gas and power supply are stable and reliable.

j. After each day's work, drain the water in the oil-water separator.

k. Problems found should be dealt with in time, so as not to expand the fault and affect production.
